The projects represent some of our
recent thinking on project
proposals. They
show the extent of our imagination and capabilities. Recently, we have started conceptual
development on other projects, and we have high hopes for
not only a GOOD 2004, but a fine 2009! We believe that the present market
crisis will not dent the desire for quality projects in our areas of
concentration, and our clients seem to have the same ideas.
Our geographical target areas for real estate are the Bulgarian Black Sea
coast - centering around Nessebar - and greater Sofia. The projects we are searching for and
developing are longer-term, highly profitable property acquisitions and
conversions. Our objectives are long-term profitable operations for the
owners with
profit repatriation and significant capital appreciation at the lose of the
project.
